Damages & Returns

• We take great care in packaging our devices and kits. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and items.

• Due to the nature of medical devices and diagnostic kits, returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defect, wrong shipment, or damage during transit.
